Below zero this morning and Melissa, who milks w/ me on Mondays, didn't make it into work. Wasn't too bad until the last group (groups are about 80-90 cows). I started day-dreaming of taking a hot bath. However, when I got home there were other things to do first. Had follow-up from the Saturday caucus. The county clerk got me a list of voters and their addresses the guy running for chairman wanted. Left the nomination papers w/ the person running for clerk - she wanted to think about it some more. Called another person who hadn't signed their nomination papers yet either. Got a call when I got home - the person nominated for clerk decide she doesn't want to run. Sent out an e-mail to the board informing them that we had no one nominated now for clerk.  That hot bath is sounding better and better.
