Ski hill

It was cold (well, not as cold as it will get next week), it was overcast, I was tired and my legs ached. However, the dog expected a walk. I can let her outside and she'll nose around the house but that's not a walk and she ended up looked in through the door at me w/ those chestnut eyes. So I put on a coat and trudged out. As usual, once you get going, the fresh air wakes you up, you see new things (forgetting what little pains you might have had), and you start lengthening your stride to keep up w/ your dog who is bounding ahead of you, her tail held high and swinging back and forth in excitement. Always happens this way. Just need that push to get started.
