December Library Display

I stopped by and talked to the art teacher at the school late in September. He teaches art in grades 4th thru 12th so asked if he'd like to have art projects from the kids put in the library display for the month of December. He was enthusiastic and said that he was working w/ the seniors on pottery and he'd like to put that in the display.  He must have had some problems because when I talked to him in November, he said he would have something to put in the last Friday of November. When there was nothing, I talked to him again and again he'd have something by the first Friday in December. When there was still nothing in the display case by the library board meeting, a board member talked to him (they might also be on the school board) and now there is a display of winter scenes from his students. It's the last library display I have to coordinate - someone else will take over for the year 2013. Am looking forward to seeing new displays/ideas.
