Before Dawn in the Grove

I dreamed of going home after work, getting into a hot tub to soak and  falling asleep. Once I got home had to go to town to pick up more paint for the living room project. While I was doing that got a phone call from a contractor wanting specs for the new town hall.  Explained how to get them. Then a call from a couple that wanted to vote absentee. Told them as soon as I got home, I'd come over w/ the ballots. Once home, there was an e-mail from one of the political parties demanding information on our (they sent it to every municipality) election procedures. Responded with the information they asked for. Then a call from my Chief Election Inspector that she still needed a person to work the morning of the election. Thankfully, Donna, my sister-in-law, said she would be able to do it. Finally got hold of the leader of the 4H group that has been storing their things in the town hall and we worked out a time when she can remove them. Think there was more stuff that went on in between but I've already forgotten it. Too tired now to even run the bath. Maybe tomorrow I can have that long hot soak.
