New ferns

Watched a bluebird feeding an insistent fledgling on one of the Shepard's hooks by the deck. There is also a deer in the field behind the house that is acting like she has a fawn in the tall grass. Took an early long walk w/ Indy before the heat built today. Once home, I opened the casement windows to catch the wind and funnel a breeze through the house. Did some work on the computer and took a nice long siesta before another short walk w/ Indy. Tonight I'm watching Ori amuse herself by swatting at June bugs on the screen windows. Pretty much the a perfect day of rest for all of us.
