Leatherleaf flowers

My friend e-mailed me asking what to do when "birding snobs" wouldn't even acknowledge her when she was out taking pictures of birds in sanctuaries. I suggested if she didn't want to be ignored by these men she should wear high-heels, fishnet stockings, a leather mini-skirt, and a low-cut satin blouse. She thought the idea of standing in a marsh in that garb was funny so she told a friend who sometimes goes out w/ her to look for birds. Her friend said the idea had possibilities and added they should also do a bird dance while yelling "cheap, cheap, cheap." I think they have an excellent chance of being noticed.
