End of Winter

Took this picture a couple of weeks ago. There is still snow but you have to search for it. At the dairy, Mike was telling me about a friend who went ice fishing yeterday. I know many of the ponds are still covered with ice. Most of that ice has a couple of inches of water on top of it (I certainly wouldn't venture onto a lake this time of year) but I have never claimed that Northwoods people are any smarter than the rest of the country. Each area seems to have their own brand of insanity. Think about it. I'm sure you won't have to dig too deep to find your own region's craziness.
