It's easy to bushwhack through the woods right now. In spring, I'm slogging through swamps and mud. In the summer, I'm covered in ticks. In fall, there is so much vegetation it's hard to walk through it. Of course usually in the winter the snow is too deep but this year there is only a few inches. Indy and I set out through the trees on our walk today following deer trails that crisscross throughout the woods. Fun to take a route not often traveled (by us anyway).
