I had a question and I wanted it answered NOW. It was already after 5 pm but that doesn't matter to the Internet. I got on-line and "googled" my question. Didn't immediately find an answer to my specific question but I found a 1-800 number. So I called and got put on hold for awhile (not terribly long). When I finally talked to a person she answered my question, decided to double check my files, found I had another option, and told me how to handle it. I feel better now.
