Eastern Tailed-Blue butterfly on Bird's Foot Trefoil

The dairy owner's are visiting family on the West Coast.  You would think that we would be short handed but, turns out, we had lots of help today.  The high school kids are anxious to earn some money this summer as are the kids going off to college in the fall.  They converged on the parlor at the end of milking (a couple trucked over a fresh heifer from the other barn, one had finished feeding the calves, one was just hanging around to talk w/ his friends.)  Since it was scrub day today, anyone who stuck around was put to work and we finished quickly.  I stayed til the end and did the final rinse down.  Found some areas that needed extra scrubbing but on a sweltering hot day, I was just happy for the extra help.
