Between work and company, I have been remiss about attending church.  Hadn't realized how much I'd missed until Nancy, her husband Don, and I arrived for church this morning and the parking lot was empty.  Turns out today there would be just one service at a local park.  Since it was an hour before that service began, Don took Nancy and I on a tour of the garden plots the church sponsors in their back yard.  104 people, including Don, have one to two plots they plant and take care of.  The only request from the church is each plot owner give some of their produce to the local food pantry.  There are many ways to serve God - fortunately for me - church attendance isn't the only one.
