Aunt June's 91st birthday party

Got an e-mail from the town chairman asking me to add a person from the township to the agenda.  He said to put "health issues" after her name.  Enigmatic.  Later I found out that the lady wants the township to pay for a rat problem at her home.  Being female, I was too curious to let that pass so jumped in the car to see where she lived.  She isn't next door to some farm's corn shed, or feed lot, or even near any town-owned land.  Will be interesting to find out her logic on why the town is responsible.  Who knows... maybe I can get the town to pay to remove those ticks from my backyard!
