The dairy owners brought in cupcakes for Cinco de Mayo. About the only connection between the cupcakes and the holiday were that they were made of chocolate -> the Aztecs gave us chocolate -> the Aztecs lived in an area that is present day Mexico -> Cinco de Mayo is a Mexican holiday. However, one should never question free cupcakes and after milking 250 cows, I was famished. The 5th of May celebrates Mexico's victory over the French in 1862. The dairy owner mused that it seemed a strange thing to celebrate since about everyone has defeated the French at sometime. (My apologies to any francophiles.)
