Deer Bed

Came across a couple of these in the woods. One deer may have a couple that they use over and over again. Some I found under the protection of an evergreen, some out in a fairly open spot, most on top of hills. There is still a bow & arrow season going on but only the most hardy of hunters is out in the woods now. The deer are a little stressed w/ the depth of the snow so some of the bucks are already shedding their antlers. The males have used up most of their energy during the rut and ready to get rid of that unnecessary extra weight. Wonder how I know all this stuff? My nephew stopped by and I'm afraid I was like a little kid asking question after question about deer. He was pretty nice about it though.
