Used Steve & Rachel as guinea pigs on checking out my recipe for Swiss steak. The last time I made it, thought it was a little on the "soupy" side so I adjusted the amount of liquid added this time. At the moment I plan on having this dish for Thanksgiving - I don't do turkey. I'm not particularly fond on turkey, and pretty sure if I stuck my hand into a dead bird carcass to remove the giblets that I wouldn't be able to eat any kind meat for the next week.

Sue's stew ... yum. Even without the yellow birch twigs.
