We've had sleet all day long and everything has a coating of ice built up on it. The deck is slick. I can push off at one end and skate the length of it. The wood I was stacking looks like it has a couple of glossy polyurethane applications. Even my gravel driveway is shiny and slippery. Nobody in their right mind would stay outside in weather like this. Wonder if I need to go into the woods and de-ice the hunters from their deer stands?

Basswood grove before sunrise
