Bluebird (female)

Made the dairy's goal for Somatic Cell Count (SCC) in March (actually we did 18 points better!) so the owners took us all out for pizza tonight. Sat across from the milker who works weekends to pay for school - he's got one more year before he becomes a cop. Sat next to the milker who, w/ his wife, has been milking in the area for over 35 years. On my other side was sitting the lady who started milking after her family grew up and left home. We made a somewhat eclectic group that had lots to talk about while eating the best pizza in town.
