So excited. Found two blades of dry grass and a spider in one of the new blue bird houses tonight. Means that something is considering moving in but I'm not positive yet what kind of bird it is. Still, in a time when it's hard to sell any house, it's nice to have some buyers that are interested enough to put down a deposit.
