Out to eat w/ the milking crew to celebrate making our SCC (Somatic Cell Count) last month. We went to the Mexican restaurant in town again - Margarito seems more comfortable there and we all love the food. The only issue eating there is when the waiters bring the food out, they don't remember what people ordered. They expect you to remember. They will announce they have an "enchilada", "quesidilla", or a "fajita" - you need to recognize what you ordered and raise your hand. Last time we ate here, some people got confused and the waiters were a bit exasperated w/ us. This time, Rose & Randy even kept their menu so they could refer to it when the food was served. Still.... an excellent meal.
