Checked in my black swallowtail caterpillars this morning. Still lots of them but where they all seemed to be at the same level of development when I first saw them, they have been changed into different instars (molting stages). There are now some tiny worms w/ the white blotch on their back - newly hatched. A few look like they did - 2nd Instar- when I first saw them two days ago. There are larger ones now that are black w/ yellow dots and white bands - 3rd Instar.
