August Blue Moon Part I

Full moon is when the Sun and Moon ecliptic longitudes differ by 180 degrees.  However, werewolf movies typically consider it 'full moon' for three successive nights so even if this pic was taken almost a day afterwards, I'll count it as a full moon.  A 'Blue Moon' is when a full moon occurs twice in what western civilization has arbitrarily set up as a Gregorian calender month.   Speaking of 'once in a blue moon', my plumber called and said he could come out today.  The hot water heater in Mjolnir started leaking from the top of the heater so I thought it might be just an issue w/ plumber's putty or tightening a screw where the hot water and cold water feeds come in. The leaking water followed the cement floor into the bathroom next door and under the floorboards in there.  Turned off the hot water and Phil & Sheila have been taking showers in Haven.  The plumber looked at the issue and diagnosed it as internal to the water heater and it must be replaced.  He said he would check on when he installed it and if it's under warrenty would have them send another.  If not, I asked him to order another heater.  In the meantime, Phil siliconed the area where the water was seeping into the bathroom and I'll need to keep the towels changed that are soaking up the minimal water that still leaks because of pressure.  The problem is worse than I hoped but am glad that the issue has been discovered and there is a plan toward a fix.
