Knapweed
This spring I'd told Brother's Phil and Brent that if they were looking for a project, I could use a room divider to replace the aquarium. I'd looked on-line and sent them some ideas, told them five things I'd like the divider to accomodate, and tried to impress them w/ comments of 'negative' and 'positive' space that I'd learned when I took an art appreciation course. (They weren't wowwed.) Up until now they had been working on plans but after breakfast this morning they were suddenly talking about a road trip to Vetsch's for lumber. I asked how much money they needed for the wood and was given a general range dependent on the quality of wood. Grabbed my purse and hit the bank just as it opened then came immediately home. Handed the guys the money but they were still debating on which day to go. Sheila needed some things from the Dollar Store so I bopped back downtown w/ her. She dropped me off at the Post Office and we planned to meet at Gateway Gourmet. Once our errands were finished, we both picked up coffees and drove back. On the way, Sheila bet the guys would go today. I bet tomorrow. Sheila won - Brent's car was gone when we got back. Vetsch's is a three hour drive one way so we didn't see them again until after 6 p.m. Nice, nice oak and at a good price. It might be a drive but Vetsch's is the place for lumber.
