My phone 'dinged' like I had a text message coming in. Got up from the puzzle board where I was working on another jigsaw to check on what it might be. Just the terse message "Zooming?" Looked at the clock. It was just after ten a.m. Yikes, I'd been working on the puzzle for over two hours. My friends and I had set up a Zoom meeting for this morning at 10 and I'd lost track of the time. Got on-line. One friend was just getting over a case of Covid and the other had returned after a trip w/ her husband so we had things to catch up on. Afterward my first thought was to sit down at the puzzle board again but realized that might not be a good idea. The dog and I went out to Sleipnir and watered all of the plants there. I used to water them weekly but realized that was too much so have backed off to about once a month. Stripped the bed and put the sheets in the wash. I'd also forgotten to make breakfast so skipped that and went directly to making lunch. Later I did work on the puzzle again but when I had to get up to turn the light on decided I'd spent enough time on it. Tomorrow is another day.
This puzzle was called "Memory Lane" and I knew everything on it except for one thing - a black and white TV picture w/ the caption "I want you to meet a family". Think it was a show called "Meet the Family" from the '50s. Will have to look it up on YouTube.
