 Excerpts from the Sheriff's Report:

2:46 a.m. - Suspicious person in an apartment.  Determined the home makes weird noises.

6:17 a.m. - Female requesting child support from her boyfriend.

6:43 a.m. - Suspicious out of town female honking her horn continuously while parked.  Determined she ran out of gas after family deserted her.

12:21 p.m. - Disorderly incident after milk was left in the car overnight.

12:34 p.m. - Traffic stop for speeding.  Determined the driver was in a hurry home to care for a sick newborn baby.  Verbal warning issued.

1:12 p.m. - Report of three females sitting in a parked car.  Determined the caller was under stress and no one was in her car.

1:43 p.m. - Traffic stop for speeding.  Determined the husband and wife were late for a funeral.

3:11 p.m. - Argument resulting in an ex-boyfriend showing his firearm.

6:15 p.m. - Welfare check for a wife who left home with a gun.

6:16 p.m. - Report of a neighbor shooting a citizen's dog with a pellet gun causing injuries.  Dog owner warned for dog at large and shooter warned for injuring the dog.

7:31 p.m. - Report of a neighbor pulling a gun out on two dogs.  Dog owner warned for dogs on the loose and neighbor shown ordinance of firearm use in the city.

8:00 p.m. - Report of a lawn mower pulling a trailer with a couch and children sitting on it.

8:02 p.m. - Two juveniles flagged an officer down to help retrieve a phone from the sewer.

8:52 p.m. - Suspicious chicken coop reported.
