My neighbor is building a house on the "old Moore place". There is something about seeing the guts of a bulding in progress that is irresistable. My other neighbor Doug accompanied Phil and I as we drove over to check out the progress - didn't want to run into a potential 'Ahmaud Arbery' situation. John is planning on renting out the house and w/ the ski hill so close hopes to have full occupancy over next winter. I love the view through those front windows. It's just open studs inside - fun to figure out where the three bedrooms and three baths, laundry, and kitchen will be located. We all had our opinions of what we would have done differently in the plan. Hope it all works out for him.
