Rick & Dawn arrived today. Brent planned on a few fireworks tonight and the bulk of the fireworks tomorrow. He spent the day taping packages of fireworks to shooting platforms and wiring them so they could be shot off remotely. The DNR still has our area listed as 'LOW" chance of wild fire but Brent has my rain barrel and some other 5 gallon containers of water out in the 'crop circle' that he had mowed. Tonight around 9:30 he and Rick set off a fountain in the burn pit and a number of fireworks from the crop circle. Normally I would have said that was a very good show - only this was just a test for the big show tomorrow. Should be a good one (if we only keep the mosquitos at bay.)
