Excerpts from the Sheriff's Report:

12:56 a.m. - Harassment by someone told to watch their back.  Caller to defend himself with a machete.

8:39 a.m. - Slashed tires reported.  Determined the tires were only flat.

8:57 a.m. - Theft of batteries by a son on meth.

11:00 a.m. - Harassment with the use of a machete.

11:30 a.m. - Report of a man standing in a citizen's yard and yelling at passing cars.

11:36 a.m. - Odd letter received in the mail.

11:44 a.m. - Welfare check for someone who hasn't shown up for work.  Determined the person had been in a motorcycle accident and was in the hospital.

11:51 a.m. - Littering reported at the warming house.  Individual claiming not to be living there, only fishing.

12:34 p.m. -  Report of a turtle in the middle of the road.

1:37 p.m. - Report of a mother not allowing an adult daughter to stay with her dad.

2:00 p.m. - Two gas drive offs by different cars with the same license plate reported at Kwik Trip.

3:45 p.m. - Request to have a vehicle license plate run to determine ownership.  Request was denied.

4:45 p.m. - Woman walking down the road and yelling at people.

5:30 p.m. - Custody dispute over a cat.

5:45 p.m. - Snapping Turtle relocated to lake.

7:30 p.m. - Neighbor taking pictures of a citizen moving out of a residence.

8:14 p.m. - Report of an intoxicated ex-spouse throwing a fish hook into a yard and driving away.

9:35 p.m. - Suspicious activity of someone hitting a window.  Determined to be June bugs hitting the house.

11:30 p.m. - Citizen wanting an officer to speak with his wife about his unemployment check.
