The landscape after a new snowfall is beautiful. There's no denying that. Dark limbs outlined in white. Evergreen boughs flocked and glittering. The whole countryside bedazzled by the hand of God. If this was November I would have called it magical but by March the magic is gone. Still it was fun to track animals in the snow again - trying to figure out the species, size, and gait. I rarely see the animals actually making the tracks so my guesses are always 100% correct. (ha)
