Warm temps are causing the frost to go out of the ground quickly (though it takes a little longer when the ground is under asphalt.) Mike the builder came out in the morning to stake out where the garage will go. The stakes easily slid into the ground and he marked where the level of the slab will be on them. I and the dog watched in fascination (doesn't take much to amuse us.) Afterward I had some questions and so did Mike. We'd only texted and talked on the phone todate and sometimes I wondered if what I was communicating was what Mike was visualizing (and vice versa). Turns out we were pretty much in sync, just needed a few tweeks.
