I had a project that required frozen clothes (don't ask). Figured on a day that started at -20 F that wouldn't be a problem. Washed some clothes and hung them out on the clothesline. They were stiff before I finished. From past experience I knew that once it got cold enough (around 15 degrees), I could leave the clothes out on the line all day and they wouldn't fully dry. I left to set up for the next election and then for a library meeting. When I got back the clothes were waving in the wind. They should have still been as hard as boards. Guess if it's sunny, there's a good wind, and really really low humidity anything will dry. As for my project - the forecast indicates any day this week should be good for a repeat try.
