Setting up for Fireworks

Excerpts from the Sheriff's Report:
3:36 a.m. - Intoxicated male entered a residence and was found sleeping on a couch.
8:15 a.m. - Someone who regularly steals alcohol reported walking toward the liquor department.
8:44 a.m. - Welfare check for a neighbor with an over-grown lawn.  Determined lawn mower was broken.
10:30 a.m. - Misplaced keys reported.
12:45 p.m. - Report of someone saying something that another person didn't like.
1:07 p.m. - Possible children playing in cars parked near the railroad tracks.  [Possible children?]
1:45 p.m. - Woman upset officers would not pick up trash in her yard.
2:35 p.m. - Canoers lost and fighting the current on the river.
4:24 p.m. - Shooting and explosions reported.  Determined the explosions were likely tannerite.
5:01 p.m. - Report of a young girl going onto a citizen's property and attempting to saddle a horse.
5:30 p.m. - Report of a husband not giving the car keys to his wife.
6:35 p.m. - A man and woman were reported to be yelling at each other over baby formula.
6:55 p.m. - Report of a vehicle blocking the roadway.  Determined the driver ran out of gas.
8:03 p.m. - Child custody dispute after a mother removed her child from someone else's shopping cart.
8:22 p.m. - Disagreement over a male possibly doing drugs in a home with children reported.  Female had thrown his belongings out of the home and the male was upset the officer would not give him a ride to Collegetown [That town is 60 miles away.]
8:38 p.m. - Teen reported to have left a residence to watch an inappropriate video.
9:00 p.m. - Woman falsely reported threatening to harm herself to have an officer buy her cigarettes.  Officer advised her he would not buy any cigarettes.
10 p.m. - Suspicious male knocking on a door and asking for a drink of water.  Homeowner locked the doors and had a gun in her hand.
10:40 p.m. - Report of hearing a woman yelling for help.  The sound was determined to possibly be from several nearby foxes.
