I almost e-mailed my senator tonight. I watched him being interviewed on TV and he was being rational. I may not have entirely agreed w/ his conclusions but his reasoning was cogent and thought provoking. Why not send him a note saying how well he explained his thoughts on the issue. Then he was asked another question and he fell back into a dark partisan mantra. I wonder if his brilliant eloquence is why our state voted him into office and his insipid rambling is the dumbing down effect of Washington D.C.
