Water feed

Remember before the cement was poured, I posted a picture of a couple of guys half burying in a blue PVC pipe and I said that would be part of the sewer system?  Well, turns out it's not.  It's the feed for the water.  (Probably wise that I didn't go into the construction trades.)  A couple of weeks ago a trench was made from my house to the garage and a hose for water laid below the frost level.  The guys just left one end of the hose sticking up in my utility room and the other out the blue PVC pipe in the new garage. They said, since this was inside work, they would come back to make the connections on a rainy day - or got a call from the general contractor saying he was waiting on them.  They have now finished the connection to the water tank in my utility room and put a faucet on the garage side so water wouldn't be spewing out.  It's up to the plumbers to connect the water to the blue tube for cold water, through a water heater and on to the red tube and install faucets and toilet.
