The last things that need to be done on any project seem to take the longest. No activity this week until a plumber showed up late this afternoon. I walked out to see if he needed me for anything. He had a question about where each faucet should be placed. He dropped off the water heater for the maintenance room, the faucet for the kitchen sink, the faucet for the bathroom, the toilet, and a washtub for the garage. (There was earlier some confusion about the washtub so now am able to return the one that's been riding along in the back of my car.) Then he took off for another job. Kinda bittersweet, you know. Happy to have the fixtures on site but they aren't of any use until connected up.
