Birch for trim
A warm sultry day until the afternoon. I walked outside to watch clouds racing in from the west, to feel the wind, and to get a little wet. Warm rain is OK though. There was a constant rumble in the background w/ intermittent flashes of lightning. As things got wilder my phone buzzed w/ an automated alert to take shelter. A tornado was reported to the west of me. More rain. More wind. About sunset everything quieted down and the sky turned that eerie yellow-green color you see after a storm. Indy and I walked out to check on the new building. Tight as a drum. Summer thunderstorms are exhilarating. The forecast predicts a repeat show for tomorrow.
