Indigo Bunting

Still haven't seen any bluebirds.  Removed four more house sparrow nests from the bird houses.  (Remember when checking houses to always keep your face away from the hole.  Almost got skewered by a frightened bird flying out of one.)   Two Canadian geese circled Indy and I on our walk.  Second time that's happened this week.  (If I was an ancient Roman I'd consider this some sort of omen.)  An indigo bunting stopped off at the feeders by the house.  Things were a bit chaotic today so he didn't stay long - just enough to get his picture taken.
