Frosted Trees

Internet access was lost for awhile.  I checked my satellite dish to see if it was covered w/ snow but that wasn't the issue.   In the meantime, now that I've sent in my taxes, it was time to put 2018 away.  I have small plastic boxes labeled w/ the year of the ephemera they contain.  I fastened the top on '2018' and placed it on a shelf in the garage.  Rather than buy another plastic box for this year, I pick out the oldest plastic box, tossing it's contents, and replacing it's labels w/ the current year.  Time to dump 2004.  That was the year I started building this house.  There were a few receipts/reports I decided to keep.  Also put aside some personal letters and, since I was still working at Honeywell at the time, the usual accolades for completing projects (as I stated before, I'm on the vain side).   Everything  else went into a paper bag.  Since the documents contain personal information I'll burn it in Ragnaroc (once the snowdrift over it melts).  Internet access came back tonight - just in time.
