Young Bald Eagles and a lot of gravel

Found the past Christmas gift themes in my diaries.  Tried not to read too much else - just enough to get the info I wanted.  Still was surprised - events I'd forgotten about, notes I'd made about work, and even a poem I wrote.  Did the trick though, when I finished the sun had come out and Indy and I took a nice long walk.  Checked the weather report when we got back.  It will be close to freezing tonight.  Threw old sheets over the plants on the deck just in case.
