I was to have company this weekend but when that fell through I kinda lost interest in my planned activity for today - cleaning. Instead I went to the library. I'd picked up a bouquet of yellow and pink tulips as a "I'm Sorry" gift for once again messing up an inter-library loan request last night. I couldn't get the packing slip to print - left a note on the librarian's desk so she could fix it this morning. She wasn't upset w/ me but thought the flowers would be perfect on a table near the front door. There aren't any volunteers available for Thursdays usually and the librarian had a meeting in the afternoon so I manned the desk for a few hours. Better than cleaning my house.
