1941 - Just goofing around

Once again it's two Mayer brothers and two Kurtz sisters.  This time it's Walter, Lillian, Irene, and Neil at the Kurtz farm.  Notice by the 40's people are smiling more for pictures than earlier.

The dog started barking so I checked and the UPS van was outside.  I'd put in an order from Amazon and it was here.  Since I wait until I have multiple items in my 'cart' and I don't use Prime, by the time a box arrives I've forgotten exactly what to expect.  Made it kinda feel like I was opening up a present.  Got a couple of toys for the kittens so I broke those out first for the cats.  Yep, you guessed it.  The little buggers started playing immediately w/ the box and paper the toys came in.  They'll get around to the actual toys later.. I was down to one pair of scissors in the house (I assume scissors go to the same place one of a pair of socks go) so I had ordered a box of three.  Put one in the laundry room, one in the kitchen, and one in my study.  Glogg goes on sale after Christmas so I had ordered a bottle of that.  Was feeling a little cold so poured a cup, warmed it up, and checked to see what else came.  Got a new robot floor cleaner.  The old one was finally done in by the kittens jumping on it causing it to start/stop. I'll have to figure out a better place to keep the new one before I set it up.
