Bopped over to the nursing home for a visit w/ Aunt June. First we had our coffee and cookies of course. Then I posed her in front of various spots that I thought would make a good backdrop for pictures. June, even at age 95, still can be surprising. I put her in front of this tree and said I wanted a picture to send to her daughter so please smile. She put up her hand and started waving hello! Kinda cute actually. Later I put her by some village figurines and told her I was taking another picture. She brought both hands up and looked at me through her cupped palms. I got it. "You are taking a picture of me?" I asked. "Yes," she laughed. So June and I had fun for the rest of our "photo shoot". Got her back to her room in time to look at cards and then to brunch.
