I picked up a video that I ordered from the library today. It's a 24 part lecture on the High Middle Ages (circa 1000 to 1300 A.D.). I only had time today to listen to the first lecture - an intro. Even that was a wonderful transportation to another time and place. Can hardly wait until I have another free hour or so to watch it. I'm all a-twitter.
