I attended my last meeting of the town Planning Committee. My two year term is finished and I'm not "re-upping". We completed the Comprehensive Plan that has been in the works for almost fifteen years (I'm told) so might as well end on an up note. I did remind the chairman last month that my term was coming to an end and he mentioned it to the group at this month's meeting. Not real sure they took me seriously though. They gave me a task to be completed before the next meeting. It's only to make the changes agreed to in the meeting and send our draft of the non-metallic mining ordinance to the town clerk for consideration by the board. Think I can manage that.
