Corinthian Colunnade

The herdsman said, "You're well read. A friend of mine is pregnant w/ her second child. Is it OK to hold another baby shower?" (What kind of books does the herdsman think I read?) "Sure." I replied to her, "Any reason is OK for a party." Think I am on firm ground w/ that answer. Her next query was "Is the plural of syllabus, syllabuses or syllabi". This question was more within my comfort zone. "Syllabi" I said w/ confidence. (Actually, it turns out it can be either, go figure.)

Just goes to show you how important a well-rounded education is.
