Tyler, who was trained in last week, quit over the weekend. The herdsman is still out due to her gall bladder surgery and isn't due back until after the end of the month. Juanita's last day was Friday but Domingo doesn't start until next Monday. Things are tight at the dairy. Carol, the dairy owner, milked w/ me until Mike could finish his work in the barn. He relieved her and milked until it was time to bring another group of cows in and he had to go back to the barn. I was on my own for a short while until Carol finished what she was doing and came back to milk. The owners have been actively advertising for help for quite awhile. It's been said there is a lack of jobs in my county. I think it's really a lack of workers.

Tyler really liked working with you Sue. He's my second youngest son. I'm sure you have seen him at one point or another before this. He just couldn't fit working there into his schedule of working for Stangers, School and Boyscouts. Sorry you are so short handed, I've been telling everyone who complains about a job that they have an opening but as soon as I tell them what they have to do and such they don't want to work that hard to make money. You sure are right about the lack of ambition around here.
