Bloodroot

Rain yesterday and Indy and I were soaked on our walk. Storms after we got home so I unplugged all of my electrics and watched the light show outside. This morning on the way to work it was foggy and very humid. We had put off scrubbing the parlor yesterday because the owners had a project going on. After milking today we not only scrubbed but steam cleaned the ceilings. Mike said he would be around for awhile afterward so I left the windows in front of the parlor open, left the double garage doors at the back open, and even left the three large fans going. Hopefully it will dry off the parlor before the afternoon milking begins at 1:30 p.m. With all of the precipitation, the rivers and creeks are higher than when the snow melted. Water was fairly cascading out of culverts on my drive home. Rain this afternoon again. Bet I'll have to wear my wellies on the walk tomorrow.
