Picked up the library key yesterday. Figured if the storm coming was as bad as predicted, I didn't want to be driving in to pick it up today. Snow started around 5 p.m. last night but didn't seem too bad. This morning we had 4" and though the roads weren't plowed, driving was OK. On the way home, it was a different story. While the roads had been cleared, the wind had picked up and they were drifting shut again. Only got around 7" of snow total (though I did fall on the ice that snow covered up). This afternoon I burned the last firewood logs I brought into the house. Tomorrow it will be warm and sunny (at least it better be.)
