As I said before, the Christmas gift theme among my friends next year is based on whatever book title we pulled out of a deck of Author cards. Nancy drew Romeo and Juliet by Shakespeare. Nancy has read other works by Shakespeare but not this one so she got on-line to the library system and looked it up. As you can guess, within the combined library system of our state, there were many varied copies of that play available. She noted one that said it was "illustrated" so she ordered that one. This week her local library let her know that the book had arrived, she picked it up, and didn't really look at it until later. Turns out it is the play but written as a comic book. Oh well, "a rose by any other name would smell as sweet."
