Bumblebee on Gooseberry blossoms

After work (and a shower) picked up a new phone. Got a call from my brother. He said they had a hail storm just go through the Big City. That meant it was headed my way. I and Indy started out immediately to check the bluebird houses. I've lost the four outlying houses to bear so the walk wasn't quite as long. Good thing. Thunder was soon a constant rumble. Three of the houses had tree swallows sitting on the nest. Should have taken that as a sign that bad weather was immenent. It was soon pouring rain and I still had one set of houses to go. Decided to tough it out and check them too. I like my data complete and, anyway, I was already soaked to the skin.
