Attended the town planning commission tonight. The first part of their agenda was creating a new town hall rental agreement. The old one was pretty basic and rarely used since the old town hall had no running water and a concave floor. The new town hall was built w/ the idea of allowing the community to use it. I brought examples of agreements from other counties and the chairman of the committee brought examples from within our county. Enjoyed the give and take of the discussion where the members listened, changed their minds, added to the discussion. A good group - might see about joining them when I'm no longer clerk.
